As promised, I would write a post about my best Kiehl’s products and my 5 favorite picks.

I am a huge fan of Kiehl’s if you open my vanity drawer, you will see a lot of their products.

This is how I fell in love with Kiehl’s over five years ago. I was walking through the Amsterdam Kalverstraat with my friend Kylie when we stumbled upon the Amsterdam Kiehl’s flagship store. 

We went inside the store and were warmly welcomed by a specialist. She took the time to do a skincare analysis of my skin. She also asked me a few questions about my then-current skincare routine.

After that, she discussed several skin products that could work for my skin and their benefits. I loved that she was taking all the time for me.

Let’s say I have been in love with their products since then. I have lived in several places over the world in the past few years, and I love that no matter where in the world you are, Kiehl’s service level is almost the same everywhere.

Last Friday, the Kiehl’s store in Montreal even called me to let me know that their stores are open and how they would apply all the COVID-19 measures. They also mentioned that their famous Friends and Family discount is going on right now. That is 20% off of all Kiehl’s products, and if you know me, you know how much I love a good sale.

What I also love about Kiehl’s is that they have a recycling program. When you have an x amount of empty bottles, you will get a discount on your new purchase.

On top of that, they also have a fantastic reward points program! For each dollar you spend, you will get points that will give you a membership level with discounts and perks.

And Kiehl’s is always so generous with their samples. Since I do not have to travel for my job anymore, I save the samples for my mom.

So without further ado here are the best Kiehl’s products my 5 favorite picks:

1. Hydro-Plumping Re-Texturizing Serum Concentrate

I apply this serum after I cleansed my face and do this twice a day. It is a hydrating serum that moisturizes your skin for a smoother appearance. It revives your skin and gives you a healthier look. I use this serum year-round, but I really enjoy the benefits of this during the harsh Canadian winter months. I must say that I feel that the bottle goes quite quickly, but it is worth every penny. I would advise you to go for a big bottle, and I always buy those when they have 20% off.

2. Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Overnight Face Mask

I am a lover of facial masks and a huge fan of Kiehl’s face masks. It is hard to pick which one is my favorite since I own a few. Lately, I have been obsessed with anti-aging products and overnight masks. I prefer overnight masks because I am busy with my kids, and when applying a non-overnight mask that I have to rinse off, I always forget the time. This Ginger Leaf & Hibiscus Firming Overnight Face mask is my solution. I apply this after my serum, and I can forget about it until my morning shower the next day. I love the Ginger Hibiscus smell on this mask as is it is not too strong, but if you don’t like the smell of ginger, I wouldn’t recommend it. It delivers a smoother looking skin instantly, and it makes your skin feel firmer.

3. Ultra Facial Cleanser

I love this cleanser for all skin types. The price point is excellent, and it goes a long way. With my skin, I feel that it is clean after using it without leaving my skin feel super dry. It is a gentle foaming cleanser that helps remove dirt and debris without stripping your skin. I use this cleanser twice a day. 

4. Ultra Facial Toner

After cleaning your face with a cleanser, you need the right toner. The ultra facial toner goes perfectly with the cleanser. It has the same excellent price point, and it hydrates, comfort, and tones the skin.

This toner works for all skin types.

5. Super Multi-Corrective Cream

The Super Multi-Corrective cream is a multi-benefit anti-aging moisturizer. It comes in one with SPF as well, but I prefer the one without SPF.

It is a hydrating anti-aging facial cream. It targets the most visible signs of aging, such as fine lines and wrinkles. 

The cream has a lightly scented smell.

Currently, I apply this at night when not wearing an overnight mask. I have been using this for over five years now and I love it. I am a firm believer to use anti aging products for prevention.

These are my top 5 Kiehl’s products that work for my skin. I own way more products than this, and I promise you that I will do a summer skincare routine on the blog soon.
